Class details
If you want to get the best from your punching ability, then our technical boxing class is for you. Every Friday night we take you through a session aimed at improving your boxing technique and punching power. You’ll learn how to skip, shadow box, develop your footwork, improve your basic punching prowess and get fitter at the same time.
We go through individual technique as well as combination training on the pads, plus a bit of bag work, teaching you things you can apply in your Muay Thai classes. At the end of the class there is the option for boxing sparring or if you don’t feel comfortable with that, your coach will put you through a bit of fitness work to finish off.
So what are you waiting for? Class kicks off at 5.45pm (don’t worry if you’re late, it’s Friday after all) and runs to 6.45pm so get on down and take your boxing to the next level.
