A great mix of all the training style/methods offered at Sitnarong Muay Thai, this class features a mix of partner training, clinch work, bags, skipping etc plus a bit of sparring and conditioning. It is a great bridge between the basics classes and the fight training so it’s a must for those looking to progress to another level. We find this accommodates and develops all levels of Muay Thai student within our club.
Classes normally feature a warm up of some kind then we work on the key components of Muay Thai already mentioned; footwork, punching, elbows, knees, kicking and clinch work, (stand up grappling) including some throws. We also incorporate some sparring of sorts but hard sparring is always optional or done after class. There are too many different individual techniques to list so the best way to find out for yourself is to get down and try out a class!
