Boxing drills and resistance training

Our unique Boxfit “Strength and Conditioning” class is a mix of semi technical punching drills, kettle bells, battle ropes, slam balls and bodyweight exercises, guaranteed to get your hands a working, and your heart a pumping! Each Tuesday night at Woolston from 5.30pm to 7.00pm (rolling start and finish time) we get to work cranking out those basic boxing combinations followed up by the most effective exercises that will build your cardio to insane levels, strengthen and tone your whole body, increase co-ordination and burn massive amounts of calories. We have an experienced pad holder doing the majority of the pad holding so put those excuses aside and get down and do it!
