Punching drills and core/floor exercises

If you are a Mum looking to get back in to exercise or are just someone who has the day off, then this class if for you! This class is “child friendly” as we give you the opportunity to bring your young one along while you work out and build up that full body strength again. Or, if you are already working out regularly then we do provide options to make sure you keep feeling the burn. The class features a mix of punching drills and core strength exercises suited to those looking to work from “the floor up”. But don’t worry, if you are looking for a challenge, it can be provided!
