Awesome way to get / keep fit. Great classes, awesome group – loads of fun! Been going for years now – I find it much more fun than hitting the gym. Keep up the great work!” Michelle B

What is Boxfit?

Boxfit is a fantastic workout that combines punching drills with a wide range of exercises to help you get in shape like a champion. The classes are non contact and not quite as technical as the Muay Thai so they offer a little something different in your training routine. There's an awesome (almost social!) atmosphere where everyone gets in and goes hard, come and try out a class and see for yourself. You won't regret it!

Who can do Boxfit?

Just about anybody! Our classes are structured in such a way that both the new and advance trainer are catered for, meaning no one misses out. How awesome is that? You just need a positive attitude towards trying new things and be prepared to enjoy yourself. We also do our best to accommodate those with a few niggles so please don't be afraid to ask about coming to a class if you are carrying an injury. The classes are best suited to 15 years old and up but if you are a parent and youth combo who want to come and train together, again, please inquire.

What do I need to get started?

The most important thing is the desire to take the first step and crack on with it. Don't plan to start next week, start NOW and strike while the iron is hot. Putting it off realistically means it's not going to happen so don't wait, act NOW. We have gloves you can borrow to get yourself started but we recommend you purchase your own as soon as possible. We have a wide range of gloves for sale at the gym, please ask. Other than that, simply turn up to any class with a drink and a towel or book now on 0272410426 asking about a WEEK'S FREE Boxfit trial.
